Dxpedition to Cheradi Group Island

Welcome to IJ7DX  2011 DXpedition web site, where we’ll give you more information about our DXpedition.

The 599 DX Team and the ARMI Taranto have combined efforts to planning a DXpedition to San Pietro Island

Team members endorse the DX-Code of Conduct.

Team is composed of the following operators:

 Cheradi Islands constitute a small archipelago that closes to the southwest of the basin of Mar Grande Taranto , in ‘ eponymous gulf .

The archipelago comprises the islands of St. Peter and St. Paul (apart from the Ship Canal, respectively 3.5 and 6.25 km of Taranto), part of the demesne military, and who are banned from landing is that the navigation. At one time there was also the islet of San Nicolicchio now disappeared.
